How to get involved

There are many ways you can support the work of Basingstoke Counselling Service. Your support will actively help and improve people’s lives in the Basingstoke area now and for future generations.

Basingstoke Half Marathon

The 2019 Basingstoke Half Marathon will take place on Sunday 6th October at 11am. 13 brave individuals have volunteered to complete this hilly 13 mile run, and 1 10K runner for Basingstoke Counselling Service.

The half marathon starts from Hackwood Road adjacent to the War Memorial Park in Basingstoke.

If you live near the route come out and wave them on and/or donate and support our charity.

You can take part in a sponsored event in support of BCS

The BIG Quiz

During Mental Health Week in May 2019 BCS hosted The BIG Quiz and Curry Night, It was a fantastic evening.

We’d love you to join us on May 14th 2020- can you take the trophy from team ‘Am-hays-ingstoke’ (Hays Recruitment) who triumphed last year!?

Legacy in your will – Making a will is an important way to secure the future of your family and friends and to make known your wishes to those you leave behind. By leaving Basingstoke Counselling Service a legacy it will help people receive vital counselling services in the future.

Income from Charitable Trusts and Foundations is very important to Basingstoke Counselling Service.  It enables us to continue to provide counselling to people in need, often from the most isolated and disadvantaged areas of the community.  The generous support of Trusts and Foundations is vital to our work.
